ADMISSION POLICIES
Old Students
1. Must have successfully finished the previous Academic year.
2. Students who have failures must have taken the failed subjects and passed during the summer. Students who fail this requirement shall be refused admission to the next year level.
New Students and Transferees
1. Must have appropriately passed the previous Academic Year.
2. Must present original and photocopy of Form 138, Birth Certificate and Baptismal Certificate.
3. Must qualify in the entrance examinations.
ENTRANCE EXAMINATION
Entrance examinations are administered to all applicants who have met all basic requirements required by St. Carmen Salles School. Testing dates are assigned and tests are administered to the applicants. Only applicants with highest examination results and passed the background investigation shall be considered for admission.
REQUIREMENTS FOR ENROLLMENT
New Students
1. Two (2) pcs. 2×2’ recent identical ID pictures
2. Original copy of Birth Certificate (PSA)
3. Certificate of Good Moral
4. Photocopy of Baptismal Certificate
5. Original copy of Form 138 (report card)
Old Students
