Admission Policies

A.1. Old Students

  1. Must have successfully finished the previous Academic year.
  2. Students who have failures must have taken the failed subjects and passed during the summer. Students who fail this requirement shall be refused admission to the next year level.

A.2. New Students and Transferees

  1. Must have appropriately passed the previous Academic Year.
  2. Must present original and photocopy of Form 138, Birth Certificate and Baptismal Certificate.
  3. Must qualify in the entrance examinations.

Classification of Students

PRE-KINDERGARTEN:
Pupils whose ages are 4 years old by October (have finished Nursery as a prerequisite)

KINDERGARTEN:
Pupils whose ages are 5 years old by October.

GRADE 1:
Pupils whose ages are 6 years old by October (have finished Kindergarten as a prerequisite)

OLD STUDENTS:
Students who were enrolled and have successfully finished the previous school year in St. Carmen Salles School, Cavite.

TRANSFEREES (Grade 1 – Grade 10):
Learners who were enrolled in other institutions in the previous school year and are enrolled at St. Carmen Salles School, Cavite for the first time.

REPEATER (Grade 1 – Grade 10):
a. A student of St. Carmen Salles School, Cavite whose General Average is less than 75%
b. A student who failed in three (3) major subjects or two (2) major subjects and one (1) minor subject.

Requirements for Enrollment

New Students

  1. Two (2) pcs. 2×2’ recent identical ID pictures
  2. Original copy of Birth Certificate (PSA)
  3. Certificate of Good Moral
  4. Photocopy of Baptismal Certificate
  5. Original copy of Form 138 (report card)

Old Students

  1. Two (2) pcs. 2×2’ recent identical ID pictures
  2. Original copy of Form 138 (report card)
